When I initially decided to ask for help regaining strength, achieving a more toned look and rehabilitating a nagging hip injury I had no idea where to start. I reached out to friends and was immediately pointed in Alex’s direction. Quite frankly I was scared and overwhelmed, but determined to take the next step. I reached out to Alex, and he immediately responded and helped me put together a plan to succeed. Alex’s knowledge and patience is never-ending, his desire to help contagious, and in the past few weeks he’s gradually pointed me in the right direction. My strength has increased, clothes are fitting better, my energy level is through the roof, I’m more focused at work and I’ve made new friends! Unexpected BONUS! Don’t get discouraged and put off taking the first step. You don’t have to figure it out on your own. About 6 years ago, I got engaged and wanted/needed to lose weight prior to my beach wedding. After about a year training with Alex, I dropped 20+ pounds and was in the greatest shape of my life. Three years later, I now have a precious little girl but I am back up in weight. I have started back training with Alex. Working with him I know we can get me back to that comfortable weight I was 3 years ago.

I started with Alex when he had posted something on Facebook about looking for people that were truly wanting to lose weight and get in better shape. This happened right as I was getting started on my journey of taking back control of my weight and felt like it was destiny.  However, I had some reservations about how it would work with everything just being online. We started up the online coaching I am currently down 80 lbs and about 24 inches overall.  It’s nice to know that he is always just a text away from giving advice. My two main goals were to lose weight and start building habits that will allow me to have consistent and long lasting success. I love working out now and have increased confidence in my appearance. I have also have learned valuable skills and techniques that will allow me to continue being healthy and understanding that it is okay to slip up it’s just a matter of getting back on track and also focusing on making yourself 1% better each day and that change isn’t going to happen overnight. Alex always has the best interest of your clients in mind but are willing to push them and ask deeper questions to help them continue to improve.

A friend of mine recommended Alex to me. He became my personal trainer and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Of course I was somewhat apprehensive because I was out of shape but Alex put me at ease and continually challenged me when the time was right.  Alex is now my nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. This has been beneficial to say the least! I’ve learned so much about good nutrition and being mindful of it. I’m definitely eating better and I’m mindful of the habits I’ve learned each day. I am 71 years old and have worked with Alex for over 2 years. When I started, my goals were to stay mobil and to strengthen my core to prevent further back issues (4 bulging discs, arthritis, a cyst and degeneration from L1 – S!). Alex knows exactly how to train each person to achieve the goals set. Also, he works the individual muscle groups to achieve the maximum benefit for his clients. I was excited to find a trainer so knowledgeable in fitness training, but also, nutrition training. This combination has been so beneficial in helping me, not only achieve my fitness goals; but to understand how good nutrition helps to keep your body healthy and active. He is a great trainer, who works with clients from 14 – old ones, like myself. He strives to provide the best training/nutrition for each of his clients.
